Eagle Integrated Services (EIS), LLC is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the role of IT Analyst in support of the Army Sustainment Command at Rock Island Arsenal, IL. Roles and Responsibilities: Technical Review:Review and provide written response to thecustomer on proposed hardware, software, and peripherals for compliance withDoD, Army requirements and standards, such as central purchase,standardization, net worthiness, interoperability, minimum specifications,licensing, and maintenance. Research and Recommendation: Research software, hardware,peripheral, and multimedia solutions for customers and provide recommendationsfor Government approval. Sourcing: Identify possible purchasing sources and obtainquotes, starting with Army Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions(CHESS) and proceeding to other sources as needed. Assist customers within ASCby obtaining quotes via CHESS or assisting customers with CHESS Forms and Publications: Update and publish forms andpublications on SharePoint. Edit new forms and publications to ensure they areformatted and in Compliance. Create new forms using Adobe LiveCycleDesigner. Documentation Creation and Management: Capture and recordcustomers processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and tactics,techniques, and procedures (TTP). Create and publish documentation in a variety of formatssuch as manuals, formal business process documentation and diagrams,checklists, quick reference guides, frequently asked questions (FAQs) and otherjob aids. Data Collection and Reporting: Assist with collection ofdata and operational metrics to support customers reporting and taskers. DISA Enterprise Email Entitlement Management: Managemembership, email distribution lists as requested by list POCs. Initiatecreation and deletion of distribution lists and organizational mailboxes asrequested by customers. Initiate provisioning, de-provisioning, and accountdowngrading during customer in processing and out-processing. Attend DISA’s customer outreach sessions to stay current onchanging.
