We are looking for smart, dynamic and intuitive people to join our growing team of insurance technology professionals and industry experts – this particular opportunity is for an experienced Lead Business Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct strategic, market, competitive and financial analyses of business development opportunities, including potential acquisitions, divestitures, alliances, and strategic investments.
• Conduct valuation and financial analyses, including discounted cash flow, merger consequences and investment returns for potential transactions.
• Lead assigned aspects of the transaction process, including valuation and due diligence.
• Synthesize and summarize due diligence findings with focus on identifying key risks.
• Organize and coordinate cross-functional deal teams.
• Build partnerships with business function and regional leaders to develop and understand strategic priorities.

Requirements

• At least TWO (2) years of experience in the job offered, or at least TWO (2) years of experience with the following:

1. Valuation and financial analyses, including discounted cash flow and investment returns for potential transactions.
2. Due diligence, including identifying key risks and risk management strategies associated with transactions.
3. Strategic analysis of business development opportunities, including investment evaluations.
4. Negotiation of strategic investment opportunities.
5. Financial modeling.

• Required Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or closely related.
