Job Overview
As an Administrative Assistant at our Front Desk, you would be directly responsible for the first impression of our firm through interactions with clients and office visitors. In addition, you would be contributing administrative skills and experiences to the goals of our Support Services team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and direct office clients and guests
- Professionally answer incoming calls and communicate with team members to direct inquiries and respond to questions.
- Prepare meeting space for both clients and team members
- Coordinate and order firmwide meals
- Database management
- Manage and stock office inventory supply
- Perform administrative duties including filing, report and office mailings, as well as typing memorandums, engagement letters, correspondence, and other documentation
- Support office functions through event scheduling and preparation
- Assist with other projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education/Licensing
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent, required
Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- One of more years of experience in administration in an office setting
- Excellent communication skills and professional and friendly demeanor both in person and on the phone
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task
- Professional appearance
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision on routine work, more detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Teamwork oriented with a willingness to grow, a passion for living, and desire to go above and beyond
