Job Description:
- Place outbound calls (NOT cold calling, pre-screened warm leads)
- Gather necessary information to qualify leads for clients
- Qualify prospects for appointment setting calling campaigns
- Actively manage the client database to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to make 160 dials per day
- Outbound call center or sales experience is preferred but not required
- Well spoken and comfortable speaking on the phone
- Customer service experience is a must
- Detail oriented
