Woodland Hills certified public accounting firm is seeking a full-charge in-house bookkeeper to work as part of a team with other professional staff to provide bookkeeping and business management services for the firm’s clients.

The full-charge bookkeeper should be able to fulfill the following responsibilities and possess the following skills and experience:

• Process all invoices
• Prepare disbursement vouchers for execution by authorized person
• Data entry and file maintenance
• Process payroll, including 401K withholdings, personal time accruals, and expense reimbursements
• Bookkeeping and maintenance of all general ledger accounts
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable and all other related activities
• Reconciliation of all bank, brokerage and credit card statements
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and maintain budgets
• Coordinate the allocation and relocation of capital from numerous accounts at commercial and investment banks; work with bankers to accomplish the economic objectives of the principals and satisfy the requirements established by the engaged bankers; reconcile the bankers’ confirmations and statements
• 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping and accounting experience
• Experience with multiple types of entities engaged in owning investment assets and closely held companies
• Highly proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Professional business attire is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
