Position Summary
EducationDynamics (“EDDY”) dba as EDU First, is a marketing services and technology company dedicated to getting students to the right program at the right school at the right time. As the premier provider of qualified prospective students for colleges and universities, we identify individuals who are the best fit for a school's programs and who are most likely to complete them. Our services also cover the key stages of the student lifecycle, from initial inquiry through program enrollment.
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the liaison between our company and prospective students. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, gauging their level of interest in furthering their education, and gathering information to match them with schools that fit their needs. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively manipulating conversations and student inquiries while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

WORKING CONDITIONS
This position requires repetitive typing, considerable interaction on the telephone and regular viewing of a computer monitor. The use of voice is required for a significant portion of the day. Most of the other physical demands are typical with those associated with an office environment.
