The Administrative Secretary assists the senior leadership team by providing required administrative support services and relieving the executives of routine administrative duties. A thorough knowledge of the practices, policies, procedures and programs of the credit union is desired. Responsibilities of the position:Produce and assemble various credit union reports for management personnelProfessionally answer telephone calls, providing appropriate information or forwarding as neededMaintain corporate files: creating new folders, scanning and filing contracts/agreementsSchedule and set-up Webex meetings, teleconferences and webinars as requestedAdminister employee/official corporate Visa cardsOrder business cards and forms. Coordinates supply orders for the administrative departmentRequirements of the position:Possess the ability to prioritize and complete assigned work within specified timeframes.Effectively follow written and verbal instructionsMaintain confidentiality of records and informationProficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Access DatabaseOne-year certification from college or technical school in Secretarial Science or 3 years related experienceExperience the difference with Educational Employees Credit Union, the largest credit union in the Central Valley.
