The Ednetics Account Manager’s responsibilities center on developing long-term relationships with a set of new and existing customers while identifying and developing sales opportunities. Account Managers act as the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. They must maintain a strong understanding of our product portfolio, services, and business practices to effectively guide customers through the full sales cycle and create a trusted-advisor relationship. Additionally, Account Managers will work closely with and build collaborative relationships with manufacturer partner sales reps. A wide degree of creativity and latitude in job responsibilities is expected.
