Job Description
Title: IT Business Analyst
Location: Springfield, IL 62703
Duration: 12 Months
Mandatory Requirements:
- Recent and proven experience involving IT projects with a minimum of five (5) years within the past ten (10) years working with public sector agencies.
- 3 years’ experience diagramming detailed, formal requirements including Current State Cross-Functional Process Flows; Future State Cross-Functional Process Flows; Use Case Models; Data Flow Models; SWOT; Business Objective Models; Cause/Effect, Fishbone Diagrams, etc.
- 3 years’ experience gathering IT requirements from client / business partners.
- 3 years of work experience with Illinois state agencies in an IT Business Analyst role.
- 3 years’ experience working on Request for Proposals (RFPs).
- Resource must be proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Visio or equivalent software applications.
- Resource must have a current and active International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certification.
Education:
Bachelor degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration.
