Our dedicated Sales Account Manager, Security Solutions, work with the outside sales enterprise organization in delivering outstanding customer service to our clients & partners.
Sales Operations Manager:
Responsibility:
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for leading the planning, ongoing administration, training, and oversight of Edgeworth Securities back office sales activities.
· Manage SalesForce database housing key sales content (pitch decks, proposals, pricing, contract templates, etc.)
· Ensure sales materials are up-to-date and accessible
· Provide analytical support on tasks such as pricing analysis, competitive research, customer profiling, etc.
· Work with Finance to develop an accurate sales forecast Planning
· Oversee sales report design, management, and distribution
· Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the database to support additional business processes or functions Administration
· Develop and maintain dashboards
· Perform database cleanup to maintain high-levels of data quality and integrity
· Recommend best practices Training and Support
· Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
· Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for database users, keep materials up-to-date, and coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions
· Deliver training and communication to business users
Qualifications
· Proficient in data manipulation (Excel, Access)
· Strong overall technical background
· Excellent communication skills
· Bachelor’s degree
· Ability to administer Salesforce.com
· Data manipulation and cleaning
· Strong documentation and training skills
