Job Description….

The In-Room Dining Attendant’s responsibility is to offer prompt and accurate friendly service, while accommodating guests’ specific requests to ensure unwavering service. You want to guarantee your service creates a deep-rooted experience for the guest. 

A day in the life… 

• You know the menu, preparation techniques and how to support dietary restrictions.
• Getting it right matters - you pay attention to details. You ensure the kitchen exceeds the guests needs; always checking the final product prior to delivering the guests order and delivering items to the guest in a timely manner. 
• You foresee guest needs - manifest satisfaction; offer suggestions, respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• You follow through - accurately close out guest checks, process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items.
• You’re friendly - greet and engage with guests, describe selected items to the guest using appealing descriptions of items and preparation methods; communicate options for removal of trays and dishware; respond to request for tray removal according to established time standards.
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of room service tables, condiment set-ups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations.

You own this if you have… 

• Use POS systems
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and pilot delivery carts
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned

SCHEDULE…
Day and Evening Shifts – flexibility needed. Weekends required

Pay Rate: $17.27 per hour tips
