Edgewater Federal Solutions, Inc. is Hiring a Remote Java Developer
Overview
Edgewater is looking for a Java Developer to join a proficient development team supporting The Department of Energy. The site location is in Aiken, NC but this position can be done remotely with occasional travel. Candidates must have experience in a Java developer position with demonstrated knowledge and abilities to learn technical product information quickly and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Developer OOO applications using Java and Eclipse
- Preforming Unit Testing with JUnit
- Build REST APIs within a Service Oriented Architecture
- Provide front end development with Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, React, AngularJs or similar JavaScript frameworks.
Qualifications
- Experience in Java and Eclipse
- Experience in a SpringBoot with Hibernate framework
- Experience in working within enterprise networks that include Apache Tomcat, SQL and DB Tools (TOAD, SMS)
- Experience with SML, JSON, AJAX, testing with CypressJS
- Work experience within Agile Methodology, Azure DevOps, TFS or simlar
- Responsive UI using React (preferred), AngularJs or similar JavaScript frameworks (highly desired)
