Pay: $60-70k OTE ($20-24/hour base variable)

How You Will Succeed:

  • Drive lead generation
  • Execute HEAVY outbound activities (phone, text, email)
  • Nurture multiple simultaneous relationships, following up and effectively notating in Hubspot
  • Hit/exceed quotas: 150 outbound touches/day, 70 demos booked/month

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Energy!! Grit!!
  • HUNTER mentality
  • Ability to identify decision makers and confidently navigate objections
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-sufficient AND a team player
  • Tech savvy required - experience with Hubspot heavily preferred
  • Ability to navigate start-up life - we’re on a wild ride and only the FEARLESS will win!
