Additionally, the Compliance Administrator will support the Transportation/Fleet team with compliance requirements. Duties and ResponsibilitiesUnder the guidance of the HSE Manager: New Employee Orientation Training (NEOT) SupportResponsible for collecting and processing all DOT paperwork for new hireso Verify drug and alcohol testing and background checks are completeo Coordinate with HR on screening issues/MVR review o Set up pre-employment physicals, Med cards (as needed) o Facilitate employee’s completion of True North DOT Employment Application o Initiate FMCSA Clearinghouse queries o Complete Previous Employer Checks Ensure new employees are active in all required systems (AWSI, True North, and Pedigree)Serve as administrator to regulatory and company specific compliance programso Upkeep and reconciliation of all active Driver qualification fileso Upkeep and reconciliation of active Company roster for drug and alcohol compliance programso Schedule Randoms and Post accident drug and alcohol testo Send out reports to management for both drug and alcohol compliance as well as driver qualification compliance. o Issues user ID/passwords for driver in ELD system.o Assist Field Compliance coordinators as needed with reports in ELD system. Gladiator Energy is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, sex, pregnancy, age, physical or mental disability, genetic information, services in the uniformed services, or any other basis protected by federal, state, or local law.
