Stillwater Assisted Living & Skilled Nursing Community is currently seeking a Docial Service Director to join our team. This candidate must Possess the folowwing:
- Must possess a Bachelor or Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited school. LSW. LICW preferred.
- Knowledge of state and federal LTC guidelines preferred.Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurances preferred.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and communicate effectively with a high degree of sensitivity and insight.Experience working with the aged preferred.
- Must be team oriented and able to work as a team player and be part of the team.
- Minimum of two years supervisory work preferred.
- Must be able to multi-task and have exceptional organizational skills.
