Stillwater Assisted Living & Skilled Nursing Community is actively seeking a Rehabilitation Director to lead its Rehab Department. This candidate must be an experienced RPT/OTR and will be responsible for the overall day to day management, leadership and clinical quality of the rehabilitation department. Also responsible for recruitment, hiring, orientation, training, scheduling, supervising, directing, and reprimanding of all therapy staff. Manages monitors and supports all operational, administrative and clinical services at the center so as to ensure quality and consistency with company standards. Actively promotes Stillwater Assisted Living & Skilled Nursing Community’s Mission, philosophies, and beliefs in all daily interactions. Supports all rehabilitation staff therapists in the establishment of positive and interactive relationships.
