Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator – RNAC
This opportunity is for a qualified full-time RNAC. Major duties and responsibilities for this position including the following:
The ideal candidate for the RNAC position should meet the following requirements:
A Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved professional nursing diploma program and possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a RN in Delaware.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of RNAC experience in long-term care, knowledge of MDS Assessment process, knowledge of Medicare and long-term care federal and state regulations; experience with Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, MDS completion, clinical resource utilization and/or case management is highly desirable.

2 years RNAC experience required.
RAC-CT certification preferred.
