Ecumen North Branch is hiring a Maintenance Technician. Ecumen North Branch consists of 51 assisted living rental apartment homes, as well as 68 nursing home beds, 20 additional residences for seniors requiring memory care.

• Full-Time - 80 hours/pay period
• Days - 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
• Position works every other weekend & rotating holidays

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for more complex maintenance and janitorial duties, in addition to basic maintenance and janitorial responsibilities.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years janitorial/maintenance experience
• Licensure/Certification: Boiler operator license as mandated by state/city, if required
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
• Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Globally Harmonized System (GHS), Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident’s Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Post-secondary job-related training coursework
• Licensure/Certification: Boiler operator license as mandated by state/city, if required
