We are looking for a new Quality Manager to lead our Ecore Quality team and proactively improve quality, scrap metrics, and product quality in manufacturing. Location: 715 Fountain Ave., Lancaster, PA 17601 What You’ll Be Doing: · Develops Quality department team members to improve abilities and develop bench strength. · Oversee the development and management of Quality policies, process improvements, procedures, documents, and standards and specifications for finished products. · Direct, develop and maintain plant product quality specifications incorporating changes in product or processes, assists with creating procedures to produce new products, directs changes, deletions and additions to quality documentation systems, writes or approves process validations to document changes in product or processes within the plant. · Serves as the conduit for customer complaints between Customer Experience, Tech Services, customers and plant quality and production team members. · Support and participate in investigation of customer complaints and corrective actions. Tracks the Quality metric based on confirmed complaints for use in driving improvement. · Conducts quality audits for strategic vendors. · Assists with continuous improvement: provides data and/or data analysis for product changes or problem areas in order to reduce defects or provide continuous product improvement. · Along with plant leadership and the Quality department team, drives development and adherence to critical-to-quality standard work. · Oversees Ecore’s ISO Certification program. · Works across departments to proactively ensure large and complex orders are coordinated to meet customer requirements. · Develop and lead a Quality Committee which reports key quality goals, trends, and status to senior management. · Travel as required to conduct audits, team meetings, customer meetings, vendor evaluations, etc. What You’ll Bring: · Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or equivalent experience · 5 years of management experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within a manufacturing environment · Experience with and knowledge of quality regulatory requirements and tools (ISO, Six Sigma, GMPs, SPC) · Lean manufacturing experience; Six Sigma black belt preferred · Advanced Excel skillset; Minitab or similar statistical package experience preferred What We Offer You: Competitive medical, dental, vision, prescription insurance coverage 401k with a company match Earn PTO hours immediatelyTuition reimbursement
