ECORE International is Hiring a CAD Designer Near Lancaster, PA

Ecore International is looking for a CAD Designer to draw out custom logos for our customers using computer-aided drawings, layouts, and 3D renderings with AutoCAD and rendering software. You will partner closely with our Customer Service, Sales and Manufacturing departments to produce waterjet files that manufacturing will use to cut out the logos on their new custom flooring or turf sports fields. What you'll be doing: Transfer files from AutoCAD to Flowpath water jet program and interface with manufacturing to cut and plan logo cutting and material requirements. Create and manage jobs in our ERP system to track project work. This also includes managing open jobs and closing jobs where a quoted job does not develop into a secured job. Maintain logo quote sheets, pricing, and assist with determining profitability of logo projects. Understand material requirements needed to accurately complete logo quote sheet. Use Adobe Photoshop and AutoCAD to create detail drawings of turf sports fields. Manage the logo quote training process, write various literature such as Standard Operational Procedures or Work Instructions surrounding logo CAD work and production processes. Use blueprints of customers facility to accurately determine quoting with material requirements for Sales and Customer Service. Support the 3D rendering process from start to finish based on product offerings including preparation and setup of scenes used to support customers and the sales process. Advise our Sales team on visual standards while bringing creative and innovative ideas to the company. Conduct research and stay current on new software, techniques, industry trends, and competitor capabilities. Continuously learn new products and maintain materials library. Assist in developing conceptual drawings for new floor plans. What you'll bring to the table: Associate degree in CAD Experience interacting with manufacturing preferred Experience with PhotoShop, Sketchup, Vray, or other 3D platforms a plus
