As we continue to expand our product offering leading the way in electric technology for the industrial truck market, we are seeking talented individuals who are driven to challenge convention in order to clear a path for our customers success.
Responsibilities
Continuously monitor and work with Manufacturing Engineering to implement sustainable solutions to improve the quality of output, i.e. NCM (Non-Conforming Materials), assembly errors, inefficiencies
Work in partnership with Quality, Manufacturing and Design Engineering on projects involving continuous improvement, utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools to improve performance
Create, monitor, and report on the Daily/Weekly Production Plan
Monitor the status, adjust resources, report on and conduct meetings achievement of acceptable levels of key performance indicators in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, and cost reduction
Conduct on-going performance counseling & periodic reviews with the intent of developing team
Actively participate in providing oversight and encourage collaboration of team activities
Lead team on issues pertaining to production
Administer all policies, procedures, work, and test instructions associated with the assigned cells/lines
Monitor and coordinate the 6S program and support safety efforts to create/maintain a safe/clean work environment
Promote (and address) PATH (Personal Actions, Transforming Habits) cards are submitted that highlight safe and unsafe practices in and around the factory
