- Wash all floors and remove all spots and stains
- Wipe down sinks and plumbing fixtures
- Wash and disinfect all toilet seats, bowls and urinals
- Empty and dispose of building trash. Replace trash liners
- Fill soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers.
- Report all maintenance problems to building manager
- Dust book stacks
- Must be prompt and dependable with excellent customer service.
- Strong work ethic and proven reliability
- Eye for cleaning details and ability to organize tasks efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal skills with customers, team members and leadership
- Safely and cost effectively use cleaning products to achieve desired result
- Positive attitude, Prompt and Dependable
- Must pass a background check
