Role Summary

eClerx is seeking a Product Owner who will take ownership of critical components within the fund Accounting Technology team. The ideal candidate with work daily with business users, development partners, and other product owners in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment to create epics, write user stories, refine the backlog, and set priorities.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

• Create epics to include custom development, working within existing technology frameworks or leveraging emerging technologies, plus enabling external service providers to create a seamless environment for our business partners.
• Serve as an Investran subject matter expert for projects, features, enhancements, and other related initiatives. Leverage business process knowledge and expertise in Investran to drive efficiency
• Maximize the value of the product delivered to our clients by establishing product roadmaps in collaboration with the Investran engineers, technology leadership, and key business stakeholders
• Prioritize and clearly communicate the product backlog based on guiding vision, business impact, stakeholder value and technical feasibility
• Maintain customer focus and gather requirements from business stakeholders to deeply understand their processes and pain points in order to deliver effective solution
• Manage multiple projects and timelines to ensure milestones are met
• Maintain Scrum Team focus on the committed deliverables in a dynamic environment
• Integrate with the Scrum Team as the voice of the customer to help guide, explain, and evolve the work product as needed
• Respond in a timely manner to end user support issues and questions

Eligibility Requirements

• 5 years of related experience in the financial services industry, particularly with alternative investment fund accounting
• Experience as an implementation SME, business analyst and/or Product Owner.
• Possess a strong understanding of Investran, or similar fund accounting products
• Experience in software project management and successful implementations of Investran solutions
