ECi Software Solutions Career is Hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager Near Fort Worth, TX

ECI Software Solutions is seeking a results-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Head of Product Portfolio Marketing, you will build and action a deep knowledge of our products, customers, prospects, and competitors to strengthen ECI’s position as a leader in ERP SaaS Software solutions. You will define our products and services value propositions and build the positioning/messaging frameworks that guide the demand generation and creative teams in communicating a market position that is relevant, compelling, and differentiated. The Senior Product Marketing Manager for our Manufacturing product lines will amplify demand and sales; working with business unit and Sales leaders, Product Managers, and Demand Generation teams, you will play a collaborator-facilitator-driver role in go-to-market planning and execution. You will help arm the Sales organization with the knowledge and tools needed to accelerate pipeline conversion and close deals. Your overarching goal is to architect and manage a product portfolio strategy and product launch process that optimizes adoption and profitability, including new ERP SaaS Software solutions, cross-sell, and up-sell products. This is a remote position based in the United States. KEY RESPONSIBILITES:All job functions/responsibilities apply in all ECI global markets including North America, Europe, and Australia. A high level of collaboration with cross-functional marketing and sales colleagues in all geographic markets is necessary to leverage and extend the resources and programs created in the US. PRODUCT PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT Market analysis – conduct market analysis to understand TAM by geography and sub-markets. Whitespace analysis – conduct analysis to understand SAM (Serviceable Available Market) by geography and product/service offering and develop GTM strategies to drive customer revenue. Work closely with ECI Product Management team to incorporate voice of the customer and other market insights into our product roadmaps and coordinate product launches in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams. CONTENT CREATION Develop industry thought leader content to drive ECI product brand awareness and extend our positioning as a trusted advisor to our current and future customers, including messaging / positioning that aligns with target personas and their customer buying journey. Initiate and project-manage the creation of sales enablement content to support our global sales organization in partnership with our Marcom team Drive thought leader channels including webinars and our blog: research and develop topics, slides, and have authority to speak to our chosen topics with the aid of internal subject matter experts. Conduct customer interviews and produce case studies or other types of content featuring the voice of the customer. Work with the Marcom Creative and Communications teams to help develop other relevant content and press release calendars. DEMAND GENERATION and SALES ENABLEMENT Collaborate with Demand Generation Managers to support activation of campaigns aimed at achieving product revenue/business goals, including initiatives that drive product adoption, attach rate and customer retention Maintain competitive analysis for the sales team. Sales Enablement: develop internal competitive playbooks/battle cards and other assets to enable the sales team to be effective at positioning the portfolio and accelerating pipeline conversions. Gather win/loss insights from prospects, customers, and Sales to produce quarterly win/loss report. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 5 years of product marketing experience with SaaS software. Collaborative team player, creative problem solver and relationship builder with experience working closely with cross-functional teams at all levels. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers. Compelling storyteller with a strategic and analytical mindset who can engage and educate customers and prospects. Ability to prioritize projects effectively, juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines. Metrics and performance-driven mentality. Bachelor's degree required Preferred Qualifications Experience with Pardot and Salesforce Certification with the Product Marketing Alliance, Pragmatic Marketing, Sirius Decisions, or similar Product Management/Marketing focused organization. Experience in cross-functional areas such as Product Management, Sales, and Demand Generation.
