ECi Software Solutions Career is Hiring a Payroll Administrator Near Fort Worth, TX

Scope: Under direct supervision of the Global Payroll Manager, this position is responsible for timely and accurate calculation of commissions for our global sales employees, including preparing accurate support and reporting to the executive leadership team. This role is also responsible for the accurate audit of expense reports and timely reimbursement to employees on a weekly basis. This role is hybrid and reports to corporate headquarters in Fort Worth, TX. Essential Job Functions: Commissions and Expense Setup payees in commission tool and maintain employee changes. Produce timely and accurate payout reports for approval prior to final payout. Reconcile calculations to ensure all payments and/or charge-backs due are being picked up. Upload payment files to our ERP, NetSuite, in accordance with the monthly accounting close schedule. Send employee payment files to Payroll by monthly deadline. Research and calculate commission adjustments and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Obtain management approvals for any commission exceptions and adjustments. Continuously identify system discrepancies/behaviors and implement efficient commission processes working in collaboration with Sales Force Team. Support management team on development and testing of new commission plans prior to moving to production in calculation system. Learn the behind-the-scenes commission calculations and queries and apply that knowledge to determine reasons for any resulting errors. Build Excel reports using processing and commission data as requested by other internal departments and Senior Management. Add and maintain users in Concur. Follow and maintain company travel policies Work on creating new accounts and credit cards for new hires on Concur for their travel and expenses. Review expenses entered by employees, review or reject each expense report. Assure all reports are approved by the manager and paid. Resolve payment issue queries from our external retailers/partners. Payroll Assist and backup Payroll Specialists with payroll processing and other duties Perform payroll audits Assist and backup US payroll tax functions Manage confidential information Qualifications: Basic knowledge of payroll and accounting policy. Knowledge of computer information systems to input financial data, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all employees. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. NetSuite and Ceridian Dayforce a plus. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent a plus. One to three years’ experience in payroll or accounting required. Intermediate Excel experience required. Detail oriented. Self-starter with the ability to work independently but will know when to ask for assistance. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
