ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Possess a passion for children and strong desire to make a difference every day
- Implement developmental activities that promote the growth of the whole child
- Collaborate and communicate with parents frequently through daily interactions
- Cultivate rapport with other teachers and staff members at the schools we serve
- Ensure classroom records are maintained, cleanliness and orderliness to align with state regulations and standards
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 year of Early Childhood Classroom experience
- ECE Education and/or ECE Units (preferred)
- Strong communicator with the ability to relate professionally with children and adults
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (frequent bending, walking, squatting, standing and/or sitting)
- Excellent organizational skills, customer service and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Ability to meet the employment requirements of the licensing agency including clear background check and fingerprinting.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
