ECC is seeking a .NET developer responsible for building .NET applications using ASP.NET Core, MVC, React and Kendo UI. It is preferred that the candidate be aligned to an ECC office location, but ECC will consider candidates in other locations for remote work. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop these layers of our applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. A commitment to working directly with the internal client, collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential. In this position you will:

• Translate application storyboards, client driven requirements, and use cases into functional applications
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code, that is leveraged by the whole team
• Integrate data storage solutions using mainly SQL Server 2016, along with other sources of data
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, as well as designing efficient and easy to use user interfaces.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs quickly, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues in a thoughtful manner with expansion in mind, making future troubleshooting easier
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Meet with clients directly to gather requirements, designs, and specifications for a variety of applications

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of .NET Core
• Proficient in C# (ASP.NET), and javascript, with a good knowledge of their ecosystems
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
• Knowledge of concurrency patterns
• Coordinate with other software professionals and developers
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
• Familiarity and Knowledge of architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
• Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds
• Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools: Azure DevOps
• 5 Years of coding experience in C#
• High School Education at minimum 

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills expected
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Experience with popular web application frameworks
• Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code that can be easily shared among team members
• Skill for writing reusable libraries
• Independently managing projects including interfacing directly with clients
• Bachelors Degree in computer science or related field desired

ECC targeted salary range for the Denver Colorado area is $77,281 to $108,434
