What do we do?

Our company has grown from providing routine call center services to providing high-level, full-scale support resources and products. 

What will you do?

  • Maintain and nurtures existing client relationships.
  • Function as liaison between clients and operations staff.
  • Assist in negotiating work agreements.
  • Track product/service opportunities, project timelines, meeting notes, quotes, and client communication including emails in Funnelmaker
  • Ensure Clients' KPIs are met based on contractual agreements
  • Conduct weekly/bi-weekly status and/or calibration meetings with Clients
  • Conduct annual product/service review meetings along with Manager/Director with each Partner
  • Provide New Client Start-Up Assistance and Onboarding of new clients including submission and testing
  • Train new Team Leads and Production agents on existing procedures
  • Watch workflow to make adjustments throughout the day to ensure all goals are met
  • Act as the primary point of contact or public relations representative of eCallogy, overseeing client relations/operations/strategies and ensuring short- and long-term projects or activities get completed in a timely manner while ensuring client KPIs and production goals are consistently being met
  • Ensure client expectations are set appropriately and needs are met; continually checking the “pulse” of accounts to aid client retention and support company
  • Manage group of Team Leaders that are leading the production agents
  • Create department schedules to ensure productivity goals are being met while maintain staffing budgets
  • Manage, monitor, and approve employee timesheets
  • Account Managers cultivate and maintain positive, professional inter-departmental relationships, communicate client needs professionally to facilitate completion and buy-in of client deliverables and follow up accordingly to achieve the best possible client and company result.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management

What does it take?

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in related field or equivalent experience
• One to two years related experience or equivalent.

• Ability to manage priorities and workflow

• Independent, critical thinking

• Strong organizational skills

• Previous supervisory experience 

• Acute attention to detail

•Creative, flexible, and innovative

•Proven ability to manage multiple production goals and meet KPIs

•Strong people skills

•Ability to deal effectively with a variety of individuals at all organizational levels

•Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
