Spa Assistant

We are seeking an energetic, creative, enthusiastic and multitasker Spa Assistant to join the EC Beauty team! This is an excellent position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. The Spa Assistant works personally with the owner and is responsible for helping ensure a memorable experience for clients and a team.

Job responsibilities include:

• Daily setup
• Clean spa
• Assistant clients and staff throughout the day
• Train interns
• Front desk protocol and managing clients files
• Monthly Marketing for the spa: IG video, emails, update website, graphics booking software, etc update all social media
• Manage daily operations including inventory management, client relationships, and driving the business to achieve financial goals and budgets.
• Inventory: place orders, organize
• Handling guest's questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the spa, laundry and cleanliness.
• Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
• Communicate the continually changing schedule and operational needs with coworkers
• Communicate with both massage therapists and estheticians to maximize the appointment book
• Computer data entry
• Payroll

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have the following experience, skills, and education:

• Enthusiasm and possession of excellent customer service skills
• Enjoys working with people with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Able to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and money-handling skills
• Excellent communication both verbal and written listening, and computer skills
• Be a team player.
• Available weekends and evenings
• Know office products and Canva
• A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Schedule/confirm appointments and balance the daily appointment book
• Pay: $18.00
