Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Summary:

The Payroll Specialist reports to the HR Manager and be responsible for Payroll , 401K and other random HR tasks ( like audit prep and required government census’ and surveys) The ideal candidate is detail oriented with excellent communication skills and a background in Payroll.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Review and run bi-weekly payroll

· Make any necessary adjustments with regards to pay, vacation, STD, and any other pay adjustments.

· Prepare special reports

· Review and validate timekeeping records for standard compliance

· Process Separation deductions

· Update Paylocity with New Hires and Separations

· Manage the 401K portal ( Fidelity )

· Assist with Annual audits and census’

Requirements

Requirements:

· 2-3 years Payroll experience

· Associates degree or qualified experience

· Paylocity and Fidelityexperience a bonus

· Microsoft Office Skills
