While using your engineering knowledge to design, build, and implement unique supply chain and ecommerce solutions, you will be responsible for interacting, assisting, and training new, existing, and prospective customers in the use or our software.Additionally, the applicant will support our sales staff in sales engineering situations, including product demonstrations and PowerPoint presentations at tradeshows, customer locations or via webinars. Responsibilities may also include creation of technical notes, support videos, and product FAQ's. New Grads are welcome to apply.What you will do:o Manage implementation projects and delivering on project timeline and scope of work.o Analyze customer systems and IT landscapes to determine best implementation approach.o Install company software suite at customer sites.o Design, build, and configure solutions to ensure software meets customer’s business needs and follow best practices, standards, and documentation.o Work closely with customer on functional and user acceptance testing. -Coordinate with customer to resolving technical issues.o Communicate with customer on managing changing project priorities.o Provide customer training and technical support.o Perform software upgrades and configuration changes.About you: o Software Engineering concepts and troubleshooting skills.o Experience with Java, Javascript, C, C#, or Python.o Working knowledge of HTML, XML, JSON, and SQL.o Working knowledge of Windows, UNIX, or LINUX.o Ability to troubleshoot network and printing issues.o Experience in Supply chain, logistics, warehouse, shipping, or transportation management is a bonus.o The applicant must have good writing and communication skills as the position requires frequent interactions with customers, reseller partners and prospects.o A college degree in a technical discipline is a requirement.
