Eastridge Workforce Solutions is now hiring a Maintenance Technician to join the team with a company that specializes in the machining of complex structural components for the aerospace industry. Must have Cincinnati Machine Maintenance Experience

This is an internal production support position, focusing on the needs of the organization. Repair and preventative maintenance of a variety of machinery, tools, equipment. A strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously for long periods of time. This position requires a high sense of urgency with a focus on safety.

Job Duties:

• Expert repair and maintenance of CNC Machinery, Manual Machine and Machining Centers.
• Troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and replacement of CNC controls including FANUC and Siemens.
• Expert troubleshooting and diagnostic skills at the component level of electronics, software, pneumatic, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
• Develop testing procedures and identify required adjustments of parts/equipment as needed.
• Work based on a sense of urgency with machine down conditions.
• May be assigned tasks outside the scope of this job description.

Job Requirements

• 3 years of hands on repair of electrical and mechanical systems on machinery
• Ability to read and interpret part manuals and blueprints. Complete understanding of electrical and mechanical schematics, assembly instructions and troubleshooting guides.
• Experience with Cincinnati and Makino 5-axis CNC machinery or equivalent technology. Gantry mill repair experience a plus.
• Experience with FANUC and Siemens controls or equivalent.
• Experience with the use of diagnostic/specialty tools used in the troubleshooting & repair of machinery.
• Demonstrated high degree of industrial mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical aptitude and repair abilities.
• Experience with trouble shooting electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised.
• Ability to work effectively in a group (Team) environment.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, must be able to speak/read/write English.
