In this role, the successful candidate will provide direct clinical support insuring the goals and objectives for each client. Additional job duties are listed below: Provide individual and/or group therapy to individuals within our residential and shared living programsDevelop individualized treatment plans focusing on social, emotional and therapeutic goalsCoordinate and participate in the training of staff members as it pertains to the development and implementation of the individuals’ service plansAbility to work collaboratively within a teamReview and ensure the compliance of all documentation to include counseling sessions, family contact, and all other relevant contactsAttend meetings in regards to the individuals treatment planning process and goalsUtilization expected to be approximately 26 billable hours per week Qualifications:Master's Degree in Psychology or related fieldsLicense Required- two year minimum; LCMHCMinimum one year of experience working with targeted populationAbility to supervise licensed eligible candidates (preferred)Valid driver's license and reliable transportationHours: Full Time, 40 hours per weekMonday-Friday, flexible hoursIn person treatment is preferred with the option of a hybrid model (telehealth/in person)Participate in an on-call rotation every 6-8 weeks Compensation: Beginning at $65k annually dependent on experience, qualifications and ability to supervise
