DirectViz Solutions is a high-level, strategic consulting services firm that meets mission needs for government clients. We have an opening for a full-time Access Management Specialist. The work location will be Sierra Vista, AZ. This position requires a Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Physical and Traditional Security.

About the Position:

As an Access Management Specialist, you will be responsible for creating user accounts, creating/maintaining passwords, and controlling physical access of classified network devices and communication systems for RCC-C and DoD customers. As part of the Access Management Team, this position will provide telephone, online, and in-person customer support to resolve service requests and issues related to physical security and access management in a DoD environment. The Access Management team is highly visible and requires constant coordination with internal teams along with direct interaction with customers, IT staff, DA civilians and Military officials. This role requires a flexible work schedule and the ability to work early and late hours. A professional attitude and strong work ethic are a must; along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment both independently or as part of a team effort.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • The ideal candidate will possess experience in physical and traditional security practices.
  • Monitor incidents and service requests using BMC Remedy ITSM and provide the requested support within established Service Level Targets (SLT).
  • Take appropriate action as necessary to ensure proper handling of classified material in order to mitigate any possibility of breaches in security, policy, or procedures.
  • Effectively manage time and effort to ensure on-time completion of all assigned tasks. Support special projects as needed to achieve organizational goals and/or mission objectives.
  • Coordinate with external organizations such as 7th Signal Command (Theater), Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM), U.S. Army Cyber Command (USARCYBER) and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) as needed to support customer request.
  • Assist in the creation, maintenance and/or review of written documentation and procedures for the RCC-C and Access Management Team.
  • Responsible for completing other duties/responsibilities as assigned
  • May be assigned other duties or tasks as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • HS 4 years customer service experience
  • IAT II certification (Security CE, CCNA Security, SSCP) required
  • Physical Security (PSY) certification required within 180 days
  • Secret clearance or ability to obtain interim
  • Scheduling flexibility able to accommodate afterhours, weekends and holidays
  • Occasional travel may be required for work or training purposes.
