Job Summary

• Toledo, OH | (Most likely Sylvania or Perrysburg)

• Start Date: November 21, 2022

• Hours: 40 Hours Guaranteed, Monday- Friday, 7 AM start time. This family expects 8-10 hour days. The schedule will be known in advance.

• Hourly Rate: $26 - $30 |

• Two Kids: 3.5 Years Old and 13 Months |

• Pets: None COVID & Flu Shot Required

• Paid Vacation: One week paid vacation nanny’s choice, one week paid vacation family’s choice, three sick/personal days, and all holidays

• WHO/WHAT: One of our beloved return families will be heading home to Toledo, OH in an effort to maintain a healthy life/work balance and we can’t wait to help them find their new nanny! While the Toledo area isn’t *normally* in our jurisdiction, we love making an exception for those clients who choose us to help them. Read on… The sweetest family of four is looking for a fun, loving, and proactive nanny to join them for the next 3-4 years! Genuine and super kind, both parents are busy physicians looking for a nurturing and reliable nanny to join their tribe. Mom and Dad are returning “home” to be nearer to family and can’t wait to be back! These energetic and darling toddler brothers are currently into all things pertaining to water play, kinetic sand, play-doh, and Magna-Tiles. They love playing together outside, exploring their surroundings and their new city. They would benefit from an experienced nanny who is patient, interactive, and creative. In the fall, the eldest will be heading to preschool, the nanny will need to drive to drop-offs/pick-ups. At home, baby brother can’t wait to engage in activities that further aid his growth and development, learning from play, reading books, and playing with hands-on toys! These fabulous parents would love a nanny who comes with activity ideas to keep their kids moving and learning! A nanny who will seek every opportunity to play outside while having fun at home baking, creating crafts, and encouraging imaginative play will be most welcomed.

The Ideal Nanny Would Be...You have a healthy dose of practical life experience and can bring what you have learned to the table as you care for these two sweet little ones. You know how to connect with the oldest brother by creating a safe and nurturing environment where he can learn, grow, and create as he ventures into a new school and city. You can accurately assess the newly toddling baby as he explores boundaries (both spacially and emotionally…!), promoting an atmosphere of love, acceptance, and great care. You are patient and love to bring play, laughter, and fun to nurture these beautiful children as they grow up to be wonderful humans. You are a safe and confident driver, reliable and punctual, and an excellent communicator. If you are looking for a full-time, long-term position with an incredible family, then this is it!
