ResponsibilitiesProvide front office and medical assistant support including but not limited to patient care, filing, scheduling, registration, insurance verifications, and patient referrals.

• Organizes and maintains a filing system for patient charts, including filing and pulling charts
• Greets patients and visitors
• Initiates a triage for response by medical personnel
• Registers, verifies and updates patient records
• Provides exceptional customer service, responds promptly and appropriately to customer needs
• Maintaining office and medical supplies
• Handles physician requests in a timely manner
• Prepares and sanitizes rooms

Knowledge And Skills

• Strong computer skills and knowledge of internet software, and Microsoft processing software
• Detail oriented and organized
