What We Offer: We are seeking a Contracts Analyst to add to our world-class Operations team. In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting the Contract Operations processes of Nasdaq Analytics. You will have the opportunity to learn, manage and improve contracts workflows within our Salesforce CRM. You will support our contracts and sales teams during the post-signature close-win process by providing a final review of sales quotes, ensuring sales quotes are aligned with signed contracts, updating our CRM system ensuring all client contract records are uploaded for visibility across the organization. Through this, you enable timely access to our software platform for new customers! Responsibilities: Prepare standard client agreements and/or template contract amendments. Partner with Sales team to review quotes for licensing requirements and clarify agreement details. Enable platform access to ensure contract obligations are met. Monitor case queue for requests to process sales opportunities in CRM system. Coordinate countersignatures and return executed agreements to clients. Maintain and organize contract records in CRM system. Interact with Sales Operations and other cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement continuous improvement initiatives that streamline workflows and processes. Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential. Expand and deepen your skill sets by identifying and pursuing educational opportunities. Requirements: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required. Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to operate in an agile manner and shift focus as business priorities change.
