We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to add to our world-class Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Operations, and partner closely with our Head of Marketing, as well as a motivated group of teammates within our Revenue Ops and Strategic Systems teams. You will be the technical and operational subject matter expert who strategically leads the execution of high-growth marketing initiatives. In this role, you will have opportunities to lead marketing execution from campaign ideation-to-launch. You will be in a position where you are encouraged to innovate and design scalable workflows and processes that result in high-impact marketing outcomes. You will have the opportunity to further develop skill sets around data analytics, process optimization, reporting, marketing automation, and you will play a key role in contributing to the future revenue growth of the company. You will have the opportunity to serve as a key point of contact to our CMO and other stakeholders across our Sales and Marketing organizations to ensure they have the tools and resources required to achieve their business objectives. You will help create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation, database management and scalable process management. You will also conduct complex data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the company. This role is focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining services that are critical to our marketing automation system and lead generation processes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems such as Pardot and Salesforce to design, deploy and support go-to-market operational processes. Quickly learn new platforms as we continue to expand and grow our tech stack. Generate, analyze, and distribute actionable reporting insights on sales and marketing activity. Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices while proactively developing insights and recommendations on areas for optimization. Partner with Data Governance and Business Intelligence teams to create processes that help monitor and maintain data quality within the operational ecosystem. Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize sales and marketing team performance. Own and ensure data accuracy within the lead assignment process. Perform research as needed or directed. Act as a key liaison between Revenue Operations and Marketing departments. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: A deep understanding of Marketing technology (specifically Pardot and Salesforce) as well as a desire to improve efficiency and the customer experience. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Understands the critical importance of organizational alignment principles to achieve company goals faster, overcome operational challenges and create a unifying culture amongst stakeholders. Continuous learner with ability to master technologies quickly. Continuous improvement champion who is always looking for a better way to get things done. Ability to oversee measurement of both marketing effectiveness and efficiency. Potential to act as team lead of marketing data and analytics group. Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with teammates. 5 years of proven success in a sales or marketing operations role preferred. Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. ABOUT YOU: Uncompromising integrity.
