Description

Responsible for coordinating all departments, warehouse, and delivery in conjunction with Delivery & Installations (D&I) Manager. Responsible for assisting, coordinating, and executing the processes for all category installations. Support staff and install teams for client satisfaction. Responsible for workflows, inventories and assisting D&I Manager as needed. Work closely with D&I Manager to ensure the day-to-day store activities function smoothly. Execute workflows for effective performance. Provide assistance for retail customer assistance, stocking merchandise, and keeping customer facing area neat and orderly in retail area.

Primary Job Duties/Responsibilities

SUPPORT/COORDINATION:

  • Coordinate project installations with sales representative, installation crew and client
  • Prepare Installer Packets and follow up on execution, if needed
  • Coordinate with Vendors on Reorders, Warranties, Damaged product etc.
  • Provide top notch customer service and communication as it relates to supporting sales team
  • Review Acknowledgements within 2 days for accuracies with original orders/Review with Sales
  • Track workflow for sales team and present next steps
  • Track and enter customer billing/credits
  • Track vendor credits
  • Partner in a team approach with sales, management, and manufacturers to satisfy customers’ needs
  • Lead weekly install/customer status meetings
  • Coordinate all installs between Fremont and Omaha

WAREHOUSE:

  • Check-in freight ordered in a timely an accurate manner, as needed
  • Look up information needed to return merchandise to specified vendors
  • Fill out appropriate forms for credit on returns
  • Ensure all back orders are pulled accurately from shipments.
  • Enter freight received into the computer and flush the back-order tickets.
  • Bill all freight shipments to the other store locations the day of delivery.
  • Complete transfer requests to other store locations as necessary
  • Provide effective space management.

INSIDE SALES:

  • Assist, follow up and sell to instore customers
  • Hand off customers to territory rep as appropriate
  • Assist in floor displays merchandising, ordering, demos, and inventory as necessary

OTHER DUTIES AS MAY BE ASSIGNED

Qualifications


  • High School or equivalent
  • College courses desirable
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Scheduling experience desired
  • Furniture warranty work helpful
  • 6 months office experience preferred
  • Shipping/receiving experience helpful

  • Solid computer software (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to lift 50-75 pounds repeatedly during the workday

  • Ability to assist with loading and transporting products within warehouse area
