Eagle Harbor Dental is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Fleming, FL

Multi-generational private practice looking for a long term clinical team member to help us grow! We provide a wide mix of dental services so applicants should have a good dental IQ as well as knowledge of Eaglesoft.

Other duties include:

  • taking dental radiographs
  • reviewing patient medical history information
  • assisting chairside during dental procedures
  • maintaining proper sterilization and disinfection protocols

Applicants should have a pleasant demeanor, a can-do attitude, and a strong desire to be part of a thriving dental team. We provide a policy manual to each new hire and amend it over time as necessary. We also conduct yearly reviews to address any changes going on in the practice and allow for candid and anonymous input by each team member. Please note that there is an additonal monthly bonus paid to team members when the office meets its goals.

We have no plans to sell to a corporate entity and will maintain our independence and autonomy in the way we do business and the way we do dentistry. Our mission statement is to provide quality and ethical care in an environment of compassion and to put our patients’ needs above all other concerns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 34 per week
