**Job Description:**
The Fire Alarm Technician is responsible for testing, repairing, and inspecting fire detection systems. The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of two years of experience in fire protection systems and holds a minimum Level II NICET certification (or can obtain it within the first eighteen months of employment). Troubleshooting and programming experience is a plus.

**Responsibilities:**
- Install, program, repair, test, and inspect fire detection and signaling systems as per schedule
- Ensure services align with manufacturer's instructions, related codes/standards, and Company policies
- Communicate system discrepancies and necessary repairs to the Company and the customer
- Market EFI services to existing and potential customers
- Train Alarm Technician Trainees as assigned
- Complete administrative duties, including timesheets and reports
- Adhere to all Company Standards and Procedures, including safety policies
- Continuously pursue education to maintain certifications and licenses

**Qualifications:**
- Education, experience, and certification as specified in the job description (or equivalent combination)
- Team-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in English
- Practical knowledge of fire protection codes and standards
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, work at heights above 10 feet, and in confined areas
- Willingness to travel and work in various environmental conditions
