Under the direction of the Customer Service Supervisor, the Call Center Customer Service Representative is the primary customer interface for the E-ZPass MD and Pay-By-Plate MD program. Their responsibility includes ensuring E-ZPass MD and Pay-By Plate MD customer accounts service requirements are protected and accounted for in accordance with TransCore and MDTA standards of performance. Please note: This is not a remote position.
