Your Waterproofer/ E&S Services is looking for a laborer who can also drive a pickup truck with a trailer. Most work will be on construction projects. Projects would include, Silt Fence installation, Compost Filter Sock Installs, French Drain Installation, Stormwater Management projects...etc.
Starting pay: $18.50 with a $1/hr increase after 90 days of satisfactory performance.

• Work in a safe, efficient manner and wear proper protective equipment at all times as required.
• Abide by all company policies, safety regulations, and PPE requirements.
• Install a variety of erosion control products, including but not limited to compost filter sock, silt fence, filter mats, conventional seeding, and hydroseeding.
• Complete daily project tasks in a safe and efficient manner as directed by the Install Crew Lead.
• Load and unload truck, trailer, and other materials required for the job.
• Work with heavy duty hand tools such as sludge hammers, shovels, picks, etc.
• Occasionally operate skid steer, small excavators, and other small material or earth moving equipment.
• Advise the Install Crew Lead of any maintenance or repair requirements.
• Participate in safety briefings, job briefings, and any other meetings required by Manager.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment, including at the job site, yard, shop, and vehicle.
• Ensure client sites are clean and presentable at the completion of the job.
• Accurately complete all required paperwork.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary
• Other duties may be assigned.

Quality Candidates have the following characteristics:

• Must have Valid Drivers License (Driving with a trailer is a Plus)
• Ability to operate skid steer or mini excavator a plus
• Ability to carry heavy building materials and use a shovel
• Strong Work Ethic
• Willing to work long hours when needed
• Ability to perform manual labor in all weather conditions
• Punctual on a daily basis (7AM Start Time)
• Willing to work Saturdays as needed
• Must be able to follow directions
