The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will lead the company in financial planning during a rapid growth period. The director will report directly to the CFO and support all aspects of the business while partnering with Operations, Accounting, Human Resources and IT. The role will have high visibility with the executive leadership team and physician stockholders of the company. The director will be responsible for ensuring the leadership team has the information needed to make data driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly financial reporting for multiple physician practices, the management services organization and the corporate office.
Provide pro forma modeling for organization with sensitivity analysis to support investment decisions.
Develop and maintain forecasts and annual budgets.
Assist in due diligence of potential new business.
Lead data acquisition from various data sources, including accounting system, HRIS, electronic medical records, bank systems, etc.
Assist in the development of EDW from multiple data sources.
Build, supervise, train and mentor FP&A team.
Project oriented work as directed by the CFO or supervisor.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in finance, data analytics or relevant field
Minimum 7 years work experience in FP&A
Minimum 3 years of experience leading FP&A staff
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Datasum, What-if analysis, Vlookups and pivot tables
Experienced in extracting, combining and manipulating large data files from multiple sources
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Attention to detail and strong organization skills
Multi Site experience
Desire to create models from scratch and then continually improve the process and analysis
Preferred:
Health Care Industry experience
Tableau or SQL experience
