E & A Transpros: is a local pick-up and delivery trucking company based in La Vergne, TN and servicing the freight forwarding industry for over 17 years! We are seeking individuals who are eager to learn, devoted, highly motivated and of course, a team-player. We welcome anyone who has at least 1yr experience in the freight forwarding business. Experience with Crown Data System Freight Management software a plus.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Data Entry
• Crown data system
• Responding to emails
• Answering incoming phone-calls
• Printing delivery orders and pick-up orders
• Resolving any issues related to shipments via phone or email
• Communication between dispatch and warehouse
• Routing shipments to linehaul carriers and airports
• Quotes for shipments that are beyond our service area
• Attention to detail

Experience(not necessary but definitely a plus)

• Knowledge of gmail-- knowing how to properly respond to customers
• Knowledge of what a HAWB,MAWB, linehaul carrier, etc.
• Customer service--communicating with customers on a daily basis to ensure shipments are scheduled accordingly
• Knowledge of reading a tariff
• Knowledge of IL geography (specifically within our daily service areas)
