We are looking for hungry and detail oriented individuals to work closely with our leadership team to keep workflow going smoothly on a day to day basis. Working within a fast paced creative business requires humble yet hungry individuals. Like to see to-do lists get defeated? You're in luck. Responsibilities:Coordinate with our major sports and entertainment licensing partners (NFL, NBA, NCAA, Disney, Star Wars, Marvel etc) for design and marketing approvals
Interact, coordinate, and execute on a game plan with upper management on a daily basis
Daily responsibilities include oversight of projects within multiple departments including but not limited to marketing, customer service, sales, product management, and administrative
Distribute and manage daily to-do lists for our sports and entertainment design teams
Task list includes ever-evolving daily, weekly, and monthly duties
Think creatively and get business savvy to bring value to any conversation with management team
Assist in data driven analysis of product partnerships
Organizing and managing sales information / invoicing
Depending on level of expertise, the position responsibilities will include higher level tasks that are generated from conducting business within the sports and entertainment licensed industry
Experience1 - 2 years of business experience preferred but not required
Lack of experience can be justified with drive and the ability to be a quick learner
Experience in Office Suite (Microsoft / Mac)
