Based out of the South Burlington, Vermont area, the Accounts Payable Clerk will be a long-term contract / temporary to hire opening.Your responsibilities- Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, scanned, and filed- Carry out additional tasks as assigned- Facilitate internal and external audits as needed- Provide customer service to internal business partners- Carry out a full-cycle A/P- Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed- Open, organize, and distribute department mail daily- Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks- Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling
