Job Description

Job Description

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC , a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking a full-time Program Analyst . The place of performance for this position is in the Washington DC area.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes the organization's strategic business needs
  • Provide support to business managers, administrators, engineers, scientists, analysts, specialists, and/or technicians
  • Perform work measurement studies, program/project operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, workload change impacts, or other business-related analyses
  • Collects information for program or project milestones, financial, acquisition, policy, quality control, maintenance, or training documentation.
  • Training and training plans
  • Create workflow diagrams, mock-ups, and user stories to ensure team and stakeholders are aligned before development begins
  • Defines detailed requirements, analyzes business needs, and validates solutions with the client.
  • Prepares and submits position and information papers in response to government requirements.
  • Expert in Agile Development practices
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical related technical field
  • Min 7 years of relevant focused experience
  • Able to obtain a Secret security clearance

Desired Qualifications:

  • 7 years experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis Excellent communicator
  • Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
  • Solid relationship builder
  • Quality Certification (ITIL, or other)
