Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients. We are is seeking a full-time Cloud Engineer to support DoD customer based in Washington DC.

Responsibilities:

• Provide cloud computing support for all technical duties related to cloud computing
• Provide design input for a hybrid cloud model, collaborating with programs and projects for cloud requirements and migration plans, and analyzing systems for weaknesses
• Provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop cloud automation and orchestration scripts/tools/processes to simplify end users' deployment of systems for testing or development.
• Maintain on-premise cloud infrastructure
• Review DoD governance and risk assessment, and implement security policies on cloud networks.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Active Secret security clearance preferred
• Minimum an Associate's Degree in computer engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, software engineering, or information technology
• CompTIA Security (CE) Certificate

Experience and Skills:

• Four (4) years experience in performance, consolidation, optimization, administration, engineering, and management of multi‐platform servers for government or military infrastructure solutions IT office support experience
• Four (4) years of experience with VMware Cloud Foundations
• Experience with multi‐ threaded, big Data, distributed Cloud architectures and frameworks, as well as VMware vSphere VDI Infrastructure support
• Two (2) years of experience on VMWare Virtual Private Cloud suite of product, systems consolidation and virtualization products and technology
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
