Customer Service Representative:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. HVAC - Customer Service dispatching experience preferred but not required.

Work with the team:You stay in contact with your supervisor and your team to make sure the work orders are completed efficiently – everyone pitches in because it’s ultimately about serving the customer.
Develop your expertise: As a marketing specialist you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products and services. This role plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital and print space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Job Requirements:
You love to learn: You have a high school diploma or equivalent. Most importantly, you have a drive to learn more because you know that it serves everyone – from the customer to the team to yourself. You’re even willing to be cross-trained in other areas.
You’re a tech-savvy people-person:You love the puzzle and adventure of understanding and completing the technical challenges you’re posed with every day. At the same time, you’re comfortable talking to a client professionally.
You’re ready to work: Marketing candidate must research, stay ahead of, and to a degree… predict industry trends. The ideal candidate will be able to easily adapt to industry and client changes in order to prove success for the campaign.
You’re a professional: Responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing project actions and leading projects from ideation through to completion, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.
